I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in West Lafayette for my son's visit to Purdue University. The location was perfect, right in front of the best Chinese restaurant, Peppercorn. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. We loved the delicious cookies they served in the late afternoon. The hotel had a modern and clean look with beautiful gray tile flooring. We appreciated the convenience of the snacks available in the lobby, including healthy options like Simply Naked Pita chips and Cliff bars. The hotel was also close to the river with a scenic pedestrian bridge and within walking distance of many restaurants.

The lobby displayed a good variety of healthy snacks, including Simply Naked Pita chips, Cliff bars, and Lean Cuisine meals. The hotel's location near the scenic pedestrian bridge and within walking distance of Purdue University was convenient.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel, especially Lisa, were great and provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

We also appreciated the fact that they had a board in the breakfast room that stated which foods were gluten-free and dairy-free, as this was very helpful for my family. Additionally, the saltwater pool was a great feature that we enjoyed during our stay.

Our room, which was located at the far end of the building adjacent to the roundabout, was quite loud. We didn't ask to switch rooms, but we got the sense that the staff would have been happy to accommodate us if we had.

The wifi in the rooms was not reliable, which was frustrating. the pool water was too cold to enjoy a swim.
