my previous stay in ypsilanti was decent, but this time at hampton inn exceeded my expectations. the staff, especially karen at breakfast, really made our experience enjoyable with her helpfulness and compassion. overall, a great place for families with clean rooms and comfy beds.

the bathroom sliding door had no lock.

Understaffing in housekeeping creates frustrations when rooms aren’t cleaned!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms can disrupt your stay!!! Billing issues can arise unexpectedly, leading to confusion upon check-in!!!

Had a boss time here! The breakfasts were spot on, and I loved having tea and coffee on tap all day. Room was sound, cozy beds! One drawback was the pool was a bit chilly, but overall, it was a great stay!

the check-in staff was simply not up to par, it took forever to fix my reservation due to their inefficiency. I wouldve expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck. the breakfast staff treated me like I was a nuisance instead of a guest, so much for hospitality. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

Consider using a luggage cart upon arrival, as front desk staff may not offer assistance with luggage handling.

The king studio suite was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Beds were super comfy. Clean and bright bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, with options like waffles and eggs. Staff were kind, especially Karen who packed us snacks for travel. Overall, loved the vibe and atmosphere.

We had a lovely time during our 5-night stay. Our king studio was spacious and comfy—especially loved the fridge and microwave! The staff was super nice, especially when they set us up with a snack bag for our day. Just wish the pool was a bit warmer for the kids!

The staff really went out of their way to help, especially Karen at breakfast! The hotel is well-located, and the spacious room made it easier for us with 5 kids. We enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and microwave.

My wife says that the breakfast service could improve for families.

the room was very clean and the cozy bedding made for a great night’s sleep. the pool was on the colder side and lacked a hot tub.

Cozy room, spacious area, with tables on each side of the bed offering convenient charging outlets and a large walk-in shower that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the free Wi-Fi in public areas and the hotel's proximity to the nearest airport were added bonuses.

Everything was exceptional.

great hotel, super clean rooms with comfy beds. the breakfast was actually really good, had lots of options like waffles, and the staff was nice and helpful. plus, there’s flavored water and tea available 24/7 which is a nice touch. easy to get to, so close to food places. loved that it was quiet even when the hotel was packed!
