The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service to the domestic terminal. However, reports show that it doesn't reach the international terminal and it may require an extra expense to get there. Moreover, guests had to wait longer than expected to be picked up from the shuttles, causing inconveniences. Despite these issues, the hotel's surroundings give off a false vibe of being far away from the airport.

While some staff members were accommodating, others were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
