Room cleanliness was subpar but spacious and comfortable accommodations near the airport made up for it

Friendly multi-lingual staff and spacious guest rooms.

Unfortunately, my experience was dampened by several issues. The breakfast options remained largely unchanged throughout my stay, which became monotonous quickly. Additionally, there was excessive noise from neighboring rooms during the evening, making it difficult to relax. I also noticed that the pool area wasn't well-maintained and could use some attention.

Cleanliness in bathrooms could be improved!!! I experienced inconsistent service from the front desk during my stay!!! The shuttle service had delays that complicated my plans!!! A clearer communication of incidental fees is necessary!!!

Had a great interaction with Jessica at check-in,, she was managing a busy front desk but still took the time to explain everything with a smile. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice touches like USB ports for my devices which made it easy to stay connected during my trip.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

The check-in was smooth and the staff greeted us warmly,, just what you need after a long trip! The coffee in the room was a pleasant surprise, helped me wake up early for the day ahead.

i couldn’t believe the hair all over the shower wall, absoluteley disgusting! also, for the price i paid, i thought i would at least get a free upgrade or a welcome gift, but nope! i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

I had a spacious room with a huge bathroom and loved the all-night pool! Just the shuttle was late, making me rush at the airport.

Wi-Fi was great, and the fitness center was open 24/7. Luggage storage needed better organization.

the breakfast was super crowded (not my favorite! ) but the coffee was probably the best lobby coffee I've ever had. the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was really clean and had a big bathroom! also, the ac was ice cold, perfect for the summer.

this place is super cozy and clean, loved the spacious room with the big bathroom. the breakfast options were really good, and those self-made waffles were amazin! the staff were all super friendly and quick to help with anything. location is perfect for the airport, and there’s some cool shopping nearby too. check-in was a breeze!

The King Room was spacious and super clean, which was nice. The bed felt really comfy, perfect after a long day. I appreciated the modern touches, like USB charging ports—so convenient! Only downside was the breakfast. the grab-and-go options were a bit lackluster. But, overall a solid stay.
