During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the comfortable bed and the helpful staff. the bed provided a cozy and restful night's sleep, which was especially important during the holiday season. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location was key. It was situated in a prime spot, offering easy access to popular attractions and amenities. Being close to the main attractions allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my time there.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. the lighting in the room was inadequate for my needs, especially when trying to apply makeup.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was perfect. It was close enough to the city center that I could easily walk to all the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a small kitchen and even a queen size fold-out couch. I loved the attention to detail in the apartment, from the beautiful furnishings to the comfortable bed. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was delicious and provided a great start to my day!

The location was fantastic, with convenience stores nearby and famous attractions within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a touch of NOLA charm and had all the amenities we needed. I also loved the balcony and pool, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. We stayed at Jean Lafitte House for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated between the Quarter and Frenchmen, and within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The property was safe with coded entry and the courtyard added a charming touch. The staff, especially Jason, were welcoming and provided great recommendations. The suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The Old World charm of the historic house added to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning to this RCI property!

Lovely location in the heart of the vibrant French Quarter. Spacious and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is beautifully restored with high ceilings and exposed brick, adding to its charm. Easy access to popular attractions, such as Frenchmen Street and the Jazz Museum. Parking is close and safe, a huge plus. The staff, especially Rachel, was friendly and accommodating.

Although the hotel is located near the lively French Quarter, it surprisingly remains quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The cost of a taxi from the hotel to the airport was reasonable.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot and catch a cab whenever we needed to. Our room was equipped with a spacious fridge and air conditioning, making our stay even more convenient. the reliable wifi and secure access codes provided us with peace of mind. We fell in love with the hotel's historic charm and felt like we discovered a hidden gem. We initially planned for a short stay, but ended up extending our vacation to two weeks because of how relaxed and at home we felt.
