I had an absolute blast soaking up the sun by the beach and enjoying the gorgeous ocean views from my room! The pool area was so inviting, and I loved lounging around with drinks and snacks. The staff went above and beyond to keep the vibes up—shoutout to Darko for his amazing service!

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a nice balcony. Loved the kitchenette and minibar. Spa had a kids' pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and really helpful. The beach was just steps away, with lifeguards on duty. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit pricey. Definitely a great spot!

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by numerous issues. Our room, which reeked of mold, was initially poor—disappointing after planning this getaway for months. An inadequate elevator situation added to our frustration, along with overpriced breakfast and lackluster food quality. Housekeeping failed to meet basic standards, leaving us without necessities. While the jacuzzi was a nice touch, the pool's cold water was a letdown. Value for money? Not delivered. I expected better and would appreciate a response regarding my concerns, especially the unexpected charges. Improvements are necessary to match expectations set by the resort's reputation.

A Memorable Anniversary at a Stunning Beachfront Location

Though we faced some challenges with room changes, the location's proximity to the ocean and attentive staff made our anniversary celebration special in spite of it all.

The hotel is just a few steps from the beach, allowing you to easily switch between the pool and ocean whenever you feel like it, which was fantastic for enjoying the sun and sand without any hassle, plus it's conveniently situated close to a variety of dining and shopping options, making it perfect for someone who loves exploring new areas on foot; although the rooms could use some updates as we encountered a few issues with our first options, the overall experience was still top-notch thanks to the terrific staff.

We loved the view from our room, and the outdoor pool was clean and inviting. The staff's exceptional kindness stood out, especially with Devin, the friendly breakfast server. The availability of hotel towels for the beach and pool was a convenient touch we appreciated on our romantic escape.

Our room phone was broken, and the front desk did not offer to fix it, suggesting we use our cell phones instead. Room service was hard to reach, and the room's humidity made it uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We loved the pool area and the convenience of bike rentals right at the hotel.

The double queen room was nice, featuring a freshly painted look and new mattresses. being near the elevator resulted in constant noise that compromised comfort. The humidity in the room made it hard to find a comfortable temperature, despite lowering it to 67 degrees. While the shower was wonderful, the sliding bathroom door didn’t lock, which may not work for families. Noise from neighboring rooms was intrusive, adding to the discomfort. The sluggish sink drain was another minor annoyance, but the beautiful view from our room stood out positively amidst the less ideal features.

Outdoor hot tubs were fantastic, especially with cooler weather, but the pool was uncomfortably cold. Staff was friendly, and the electric bike rentals were a highlight for beach exploration. Dining options fell short—breakfast was basic and the dinner lacked freshness. great location and amenities, but the food quality and room maintenance need improvement for the price point. Would consider returning, but with tempered expectations.

We had an ocean view room, but the drilling was unbearable, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony. Plus, the dust and noise forced us to use the back entrance with those steep stairs. So frustrating!
