My stay at Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island was delightful, primarily due to the beautiful beach and the excellent food offered at the on-site restaurant. The staff were kind, particularly a manager named Mark, who went above and beyond to make my experience special. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the stunning ocean view from my balcony, which was a highlight of the trip. The check-in process was smooth, and the restaurant provided a fantastic menu that made dining convenient and enjoyable.

The pool area needed improvement.

Comfortable room, beautiful view, combined with friendly staff that went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable, especially with the excellent beach access right outside and a smooth check-in process that made everything hassle-free.

Couldn't stay longer.

The food at the poolside restaurant was quite good, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Darko and Andrea, who were attentive throughout our stay.

Many rooms seemed outdated, and the elevators were quite slow, which could be frustrating during busier times.

We enjoy the direct access to a stunning part of the beach, which makes it easy for our kids to have fun. The facilities are well-maintained, and Sara, one of the friendliest staff members, really stood out for her kindness and helpfulness. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family.

However, we did experience some issues with slow Wi-Fi during our stay.

The beach access is a real advantage, with gorgeous oceanfront views right from your room. The variety of activities available is a great touch, making it fun for families and adults alike.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel outdated and show signs of wear, like mildew stains and maintenance issues. The pool area can get overcrowded, and securing a spot on a busy day is a challenge. Slow elevator service and issues like broken ice machines create additional inconveniences. With guests often leaving trash around, the grounds could use better upkeep. Plus, some food options at the hotel felt overpriced compared to local spots.

The staff were super nice, especially this lady named Jeanette who said she'd been there for over 40 years, really made us feel at home.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it.
