I recently stayed at a bed and breakfast along a picturesque waterfront. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the NYC skyline. It was conveniently situated near a bus stop and ferry, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, although shared, had a sink in the room. The service was outstanding, with the owner being very kind and helpful. Each morning, there was a delicious breakfast available. it was a fantastic experience.

There were some guests in the other rooms who were not considerate and left trash in the shared bathroom.

I had a great stay at this bed and breakfast. the price was great and the views from the room were amazing. the manager, Mo, was friendly and helpful, and the other guests were interesting and friendly as well. There was a nice little park across the street and it was easy to access the Staten Island Ferry with the nearby bus. the neighborhood was nice and friendly, just like my hometown. Mo recommended a restaurant called 'Bin 5' which was fantastic and had delicious food at a more affordable price than I would have expected. it was a great place to stay if you want to experience Manhattan without the big city prices.

The shared bathroom was never an issue and breakfast was enjoyable. The radiator heating was efficient and there were extra blankets available if needed.

The double bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was small with no cold water tap. The towels provided were thin and had a dirty smell.
