The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Columbia University, Central Park, and the metro. We were able to find street parking without any issues. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even taking care of our heavy bags while we went for a walk. They also provided helpful suggestions for local places to visit.

The wifi was unreliable and would frequently go in and out during our stay. The lack of air conditioning in certain areas of the hotel, such as the bathroom, closet, hallway, and kitchen, made it uncomfortable during the hot days we stayed.

We were given a free tour of the area, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated with unique antiques and were kept very clean. Having a private bathroom in each room was a bonus. The shared kitchen on the top floor was convenient for cooking or heating up food. The wifi was also free and of high quality. it was the perfect place to stay in New York.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place in Harlem. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a plethora of upscale new restaurants on Frederick Douglas Blvd and classic Harlem eateries on 125th St. The Inn Keeper, Kellyn, was so helpful and accommodating. She provided us with tons of information about the area and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is a traditional Harlem brown brick building, just a few blocks away from the bustling 125th St and right next to the beautiful Morningside Park. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities offered here, including free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and even cookware and kitchen utensils.

The only downside we found was that the hotel does not offer breakfast. However, considering all the incredible dining options in the area, it wasn't a major issue.

Complementary umbrellas and local tour were a plus. The hotel was conveniently located near a park and public transportation. The room was spacious and had a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly days.

Our experience was ruined by the noise from neighboring rooms. We could hear everything, from conversations to music.
