I stayed at the Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown for a quick transit during my travel, and I was pleased with its convenience. The hotel's location, just 400 metres from the Convention Center, made it easy for me to access my destinations for the day. being only 10 km away from Mineta San Jose International Airport was a significant advantage for a quick and hassle-free journey.

The lack of on-site parking was a minor inconvenience, especially for guests with young children and luggage. Having to pay for public parking and walk a 5-minute distance was not the most convenient situation, especially after a tiring day of travel.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with attractions and sightseeing spots nearby. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh and tasty options, including real scrambled eggs. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

This hotel offered great value for money. The location in the park just behind this hotel is ideal for those who want to stay in downtown, but prefer a more peaceful and quiet environment. Staff was friendly, attentive, and they paid attention to detail. The room with the wonderfully comfortable couch, functioning heater, 1 king bed, and both children was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was not included with our rate, but it was served for the later risers and it was delicious, even served on plastic dishes.

What a fantastic hotel! the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with all the information we needed and even recovered a lost item for me. the property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the parking situation was a bit challenging, as there was limited on-site parking and we had to park a few blocks away.
