The hotel staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, so we didn't get bored. The location, just a short walk to the beach, made our mornings so easy and enjoyable.

However, parking was an unexpected expense we weren't prepared for, and the check-in process felt slow at times. Plus, the pillows could use an upgrade for better comfort during sleep. A little more attention to this would enhance the stay.

My stay was quite unsettling due to several issues. First, the bathroom was a bit outdated and did not seem well-kept, which made it less than pleasant. Additionally, the front desk staff could certainly use a friendlier approach. I felt unwelcome during my interactions. On top of that, there were dirty towels in the hallways upon checking in, which left me questioning the overall cleanliness standards.

Inquire about the daily beach towel service. you'll appreciate not needing to pack your own for beach days.

Housekeeping service can be inconsistent. rooms are only cleaned at check-out.

the check-in was absolutely dreadful, with a clerk more interested in her snack than guests. then my room smelled damp, which was charming. on top of that, I woudl have appreciated complimentary pillows for my sofa bed. I almost gave a good review, but this place doesn’t know how to treat guests like royalty. avoid!

Nice location but needs improvements

The spot is great for a vacation! I had issues with the lights in my room and they were kinda spoiled overall. The picnic area was nice to chill at during the evenings, but the staff could really use some better training. Just wasn’t what I expected for the price. Wouldn’t rush back.

Howay, man! We had a canny time here, especially the grandkids. The pool was brilliant and the free breakfast was lush with plenty to fill ya up. Just a shame about the parking fee, though! Would definitely come back for another stay!

The room was super clean, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and loved chilling by the pool. It’s near great dining spots.
