I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was fantastic and the value was exceptional. The location was convenient for exploring the area and the staff treated me like a VIP.

The hotel breakfast could have been better, maybe with more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fairlawn! The location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and perfect for visiting family. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful terrace and pool area, were well-maintained. The buffet breakfast was upscale and included for free with our suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location couldn't have been better. It is conveniently situated across from the mall, so you can easily walk to all the shops and dining options. The area itself is very nice and feels safe. Secondly, the staff was exceptional. They provided excellent service and were always friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were great. They had all the necessities readily available, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the fact that breakfast wasn't included, as it allowed me to explore the amazing options in the surrounding area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I have no complaints.

They even comped most of my stay due to the inconvenience. Despite this hiccup, I still had a pleasant experience overall and would recommend this hotel.

The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and our toddler loved them. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant on site. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a well-managed hotel.

The location of this hotel is pretty standard, conveniently situated across the street from an indoor mall and multiple restaurants. It's also right on the main street, making it easy to access from the interstate or get into town without any confusing turns. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, although they could use a carpet cleaning and an upgrade. The ceramic tile around the bathroom sink was a nice touch, but there were a few water stains on the ceiling that could be addressed. The breakfast buffet, while not outstanding, offered a decent selection of fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads. It met the average Hilton standard and provided a good start to the day.

We recently stayed in a hotel near Akron and were happy with its location. It was easy to access from the highway and provided quick and convenient travel to the Akron area. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shopping also. The room was nicely furnished with a spacious shower. The complimentary breakfast was equally impressive with plenty of options to choose from. On top of that, the pleasant and accommodating staff made for a great experience.

We did experience an issue with the billing process that left an unwanted charge on our invoice.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and a large shopping center nearby. We also enjoyed the fact that our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower was a standout feature, with an LED display showing the water temperature. It was a nice touch that added to our overall experience.

The staff at reception were quite gruff and unhelpful, especially when we asked for assistance with our luggage. We were told that they did not provide porter service and had to fetch our own trolley.

The free breakfast and location were great, and the staff was very friendly.

The HVAC in the room was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. the stay was decent, but the noise issue really detracted from the experience.
