I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden in downtown Albany for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with attractions like the Albany Civic Center and Turtle Park within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. The staff, including the friendly parking lot attendant, made me feel welcomed and safe throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. it was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely be returning.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Albany was amazing. The spacious lobby and dining area were impressive, and the hotel was spotlessly clean with no smell of smoke. The Ray Charles piano and 24-hour music created a beautiful atmosphere, and my mom enjoyed walking around it to get her steps in. The "cook to order" breakfast was absolutely delicious and worth the price. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I loved having the Keurig coffee maker to make a cup of coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and great amenities.

The only downside was the limited hours of the Starbucks inside the hotel, which only opened on weekdays from 6 AM to 11 AM. It would have been nice to have 24-hour hot tea or coffee available. Additionally, the bed mattress was a bit too stiff for our liking, and the pillows were too soft, making it somewhat uncomfortable.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location across from a park with a Ray Charles Plaza and directly across from the civic center in downtown Albany is very convenient. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a queen bed and a view, make for a comfortable stay. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice perk.

It's always a pleasure to have good communication with people when traveling. Despite my visit being a bit sad due to attending a funeral, the hotel provided a sense of comfort and treated my family and me exceptionally well. The beds were cozy, and we even enjoyed looking at the Ray Charles statue outside the hotel. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again soon.

The hotel's amenities, such as luggage carts and an on-site Starbucks, added to the overall experience. The breakfast provided was amazing, with attentive staff and a talented chef. This was truly the best Hilton experience I've had.
