Rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge. The air conditioning worked well. The fitness center was nice, and the indoor pool was a great spot to relax. Free coffee was always available. Staff was professional and helpful. They provided free toiletries too.

My stay was delightful thanks to the great location, which is close to many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large LCD TV and a fridge that made relaxing easy. The staff was very friendly, especially Georgia at the front desk, who made check-in smooth and welcoming.

The pool area was not well-maintained, with some issues that need addressing.

the staff were absolutely rude when I reported the bathtub didn’t drain, like I’m supposed to be happy about showering in a pool? ! a room upgrade would’ve been appreciated for my trouble. Also, the pool opens at 9 am, which is way too late for someone like me with busy mornings. could’ve been a good review, but just couldn’t.

the hilton garden has a great location, close to shops and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially mr dalton, who made our stay more comfortable. the 24-hour fitness center was a nice perk, allowing us to keep up with our workouts during our visit.

The Hilton Garden Inn Owings Mills features modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom amenities. The breakfast service was friendly, but the quality of the food could use improvement. I appreciated the great water pressure in the shower and the pleasant atmosphere, making it suitable for short stays or family trips. Just be aware of occasional noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

I faced some issues with cleanliness during my stay. The room I was first assigned had hair on the bed and dirt in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting. Although I was moved to a new room, it still didn't meet the cleanliness standards I expected, leaving me feeling disappointed overall with my experience.

I loved the jacuzzi and pool, both were great for unwinding after a long day. My room was clean and comfortable, but the food quality was disappointing, especially the breakfast options. Not sure I’d come back.
