Staff members were incredibly sweet and quick to respond when I needed an extra blanket. parking was tight, and there were some glitches with the TV and missing towels. While the location was convenient for attractions, the experience was marred by some inconsistencies. All in all, it's a solid choice, but a few areas need improvement.

I loved how easy it was to stroll around with many attractions just a short walk away like Presidio Park which is only 500 meters away and Old Town San Diego State Historic Park which is almost 2 km so there’s plenty to explore for the whole family and the staff were incredibly helpful offering great service while the breakfast was a delight with lots of tasty options but the hotel could use some improvement in the room amenities.

Maintenance is lacking; we faced plumbing issues and a delay in service. Cleanliness is another concern—towels were often missing, and we noticed a musty smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast needs improvement. Limited variety and overcrowding made it less enjoyable. The lack of coffee in the lobby was disappointing. While staff displayed kindness, their processes need strict oversight. Attention to basic needs, cleanliness, and prompt maintenance response can elevate this place. Until then, I’ll hesitate to recommend it.

The sink had occasional backup issues, and the toilet clogged, which was inconvenient. Noise levels were generally low, allowing for decent sleep despite the busy environment. The shower’s water pressure was weak, and the key cards frequently failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.

Nice hot tub and fitness center. Staff was friendly, and cleaning was on point. Location was great, close to SeaWorld and Old Town.
