The hotel's complimentary seasonal shuttle service was a thoughtful touch, making it easy to get around. The hot tub and fitness center were great for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The front desk staff could have been more considerate when addressing the issue with children under 12 in the hot tub.

Loved the central location with loads of restaurants nearby and the helpful staff who guided us to a last-minute show during a concert cancelation. The heated indoor swimming pool provided a chill vibe, but the TV reception needs a boost. The sound of the main road can be a bit intrusive, so aim for a room away from it for a quieter stay! 🏊‍♂️

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located close to all the Hershey attractions that I wanted to visit, such as the Giant Center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was easy and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore in the area. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice continental breakfast and 24-hour access to tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. the location and amenities of this hotel made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

Hot tub wasn't hot enough.

As a budget traveler, I loved the designated smoking area provided. It was comfortable and a real treat for us smokers. Additionally, the air conditioning was already turned on and the room was nice and cool after a long day at Hershey Park. The beds were comfy, the linens were clean, and the bathroom had ample towels. The shuttle service to the park every 15 minutes was convenient, allowing us to enjoy our full day at Hershey Park without worrying about transportation. The staff, especially the friendly and personable check-in agent whose name started with 'D', made us feel welcome. And to top it off, we could easily order food from Doordash and have it delivered to our room. a great value for a family stay.

We didn't even need to use the shuttle because there was plenty of parking everywhere we went. The hotel itself has a unique touch - they pump a delightful chocolate scent through the halls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to providing directions and accommodating our large party with separate rooms. Plus, there are several restaurants within walking distance, which was convenient.
