Stayed here for my daughter's prom and it was so convenient being in the same location as her friends. Rooms were clean, and my niece loved the pool. The glass shower was nice, but the water pressure was extremely high. a great stay.

We stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were friendly and helpful during check-in. The on-site restaurant had a delicious breakfast and supper. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were fine. The pool provided a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We really appreciated the convenience of the hotel's downtown location, with plenty of great dining options nearby. The parking availability and easy access in and out of the building were also major positives. Additionally, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were accommodating when we arrived late due to bad weather and promptly resolved a room mix-up. During a spontaneous business meeting at the restaurant, the staff once again went out of their way to meet our needs. It was clear that they understand the importance of excellent customer service.

For us, it that the hotel had suspended their complementary breakfast and instead served a paid breakfast. We were under the impression that breakfast was included, only to be billed afterwards.

Additionally, the hotel arranged for us to participate in the Ghost Walk, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. we were thrilled with the excellent staff, cleanliness, facilities, parking, and location of this hotel.
