The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns that I had. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast that was served each morning.

My experience at this hotel over the Christmas holiday was not the best. The first room I was given had several issues, including wet toilet paper and a clogged sink.

Loved the spacious and well-appointed room with plenty of electrical outlets and USB outlets on the nightstand. The bathroom had a nice shower area and a good set of amenities. The gym was well-maintained and the common areas were modern-looking. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and had a great Wi-Fi connection. I had a very positive experience at Hilton Garden Inn Bowling Green.

The digital key was great and made check, in and check, out a breeze. the room was fantastic and provided a comfortable space to relax. the cleaning staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed daily. Additionally, the abundant selection of juices, coffee, and healthy foods for breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The location of the elevator was not clearly marked and was quite far from the front desk. This was especially inconvenient for rooms on the upper floors.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and workout room were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed a wonderful late dinner at the hotel restaurant. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We stayed at a hotel conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The area is great for business and leisure, but we were unfortunately subject to some unsavory activity nearby. Despite this, we were pleased with the comfortable beds and complimentary hot water. The staff was indifferent but finally provided adequate service.

We had a poor breakfast experience that was not included in our stay.
