The staff were friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with big windows that flooded the room with natural light. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in Chicago for a BTS concert and it was perfect! The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and the beds were incredibly comfy. I loved the little store outside the elevator, and the key-operated elevator made me feel safer. The hotel is also conveniently located opposite Wintrust Arena, with a connected Starbucks. The 12pm check-out time was a great perk, and the room had a microwave, fridge, and Keurig machine. The 24-hour self-serve snack area in the lobby was also a plus. Aisha at check-in made us feel like VIPs!

Perfect location for my needs. I attended an event at the Wintrust Arena and it was just across the street. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping serviced my room daily without request. I highly recommend this hotel.

I especially liked that the rooms had two queen beds.
