the checkin process was supposedly self-service, but it was just a mess, needing staff to help me. also, the canteen had few food options, which are hardly restaurant quality. I woudl've expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconvenience, but alas, I received nothing. I almost gave a good review, but then I remembered the awful service.

Make sure to ask for extra towels if your bathroom has moisture issues. it's helpful for drying off the floor and keeps things tidy.

Rooms are incredibly small and lacking a coffee machine!!! The optional housekeeping means your room might not get clean if you're not aware. Bring your own conditioner. the shower is missing basics!!!

the iPad control for lighting and blinds is super cool but walls are thin and noisy.

The lobby's vibrant decor and welcoming staff created a fun atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful shower amenities, but be ready for snug quarters if traveling with more than one suitcase.

Enjoyable Stay with Some Room for Improvement

I appreciated the modern decor and vibrant atmosphere during my stay. However, the limited coffee options in the room were surprising, and the bar service could be more attentive. If you drive a larger vehicle, plan ahead for parking during events. I had a great time despite the challenges!

I had a fantastic stay in Seattle! The view from my 8th-floor room was stunning, watching the ferries come and go, and I loved controlling everything with an iPad. On the downside, the room was quite tiny, but I appreciated the clever design and cleanliness. I'd definitely return!

loved the vibe of the hotel, super modern decor and fun colors everywhere. the view from my room was cool, and it was nice to have a tablet to control everything. the location is awesome, super walkable to bars and food which was a big plus for me. breakfast had so many healthy options which is rare, and the lounge area was spacious to just chill. staff were friendly and helped me navigate parking which was amazin.

Great location near the waterfront with easy access to the lightrail. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a nice variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the stay enjoyable. Rooms have nice tech, like the iPad for controls.
