The service at this hotel was outstanding. the concierges, Melanie Riley and Craig, were extremely helpful and ensured all our needs were met. the beds were also very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions in the city.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. there were some cleanliness issues, such as finding hair in the bathtub and smudges on the windows.

This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area and visit all the shops and restaurants. Additionally, the service at this hotel was top-notch. The bell staff and valet went above and beyond to take care of me, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate. The hotel also had great amenities, including a lovely poolside snack bar and a restaurant that served delicious food.

The staff was amazing, providing excellent service with room service, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping. We enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was comfortable, and the television and am/fm alarm clock were a nice touch. We loved the poolside snack bar area, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing.

We enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds and sofa. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and attractions. The pool area was clean and refreshing. we had a pleasant stay at Intercontinental.

We loved the lovely view of the pool and the plaza from our room. The live music near the pool added a great vibe to our stay, with a mix of classic rock and Caribbean tunes. The mature plantings around the pool provided privacy and cut off any noise from the street. The breakfasts were excellent and the waitstaff was superb. We also appreciated the quietness of the hotel, as we were never disturbed by noise from the hallway or other rooms.

My recent stay at Intercontinental was fantastic! I was in Kansas City for a weekend getaway, and the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like laying on a cloud. The room and bathroom were spacious, with a wonderful view of the Plaza. Despite being located on a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel has recently been remodeled, and the updates are impressive. The Saturday evening music and America Slang were unexpected treats. The Mother's Day brunch was also fantastic. I can't wait to stay here again!
