The hotel was extra clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable with fluffy feather pillows, and the room had unexpected amenities like a microwave and fridge. the location was great, right next to the mall and conveniently close to my sister's house. Free WiFi was a nice touch too.

The air conditioner in our room didn't work well, and the temperature was consistently higher than what we set it to. the bed was a bit loud when getting up and laying down.

The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to our friends' house and easy to find. the room was comfortable and cozy, providing a pleasant stay during our visit. the breakfast served was tasty and satisfying, offering a good start to each day.

During check, in, there was a mix, up with the breakfast tickets. the staff member at the front desk seemed unfriendly and didn't provide us with the tickets initially, leading to an uncomfortable encounter with the breakfast food manager.

The hotel offered two complementary facts, however, the free apple cider was the only good thing I experienced during my thanksgiving stay. the location was convenient, and the parking lot was spacious enough. Plus, the Wi-Fi had decent speed.

The hotel's location close to shops and restaurants is really convenient. It's easy to get to the Dallas metroplex area quick too. The service was great, staff were super attentive and friendly, and the rooms were always clean, with attentive housekeeping.
