Had a comfy bed and clean room with a TV. Great location near shops and restaurants, super convenient. Also, loved the friendly staff who were always ready to help with a smile.

Had an odd check, in experience with a staff member mentioning late check, ins as a no, show. Kind of confusing and not a standard policy I'm used to.

Although we didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, we heard from other guests that it offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel provided amenities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool, allowing guests to relax and stay active during their stay.

One drawback was that the hotel's policy regarding late check-ins was confusing and inconvenient. It would be better if they had a more flexible approach, as canceling a reservation due to a late check-in seems excessive and unfair.
