I was deeply moved by the genuine kindness of the staff, especially how they went out of their way for us during a stressful time. The breakfast bar was another highlight, featuring fresh food that set a comforting tone for the day. I felt well-cared for in this wonderful haven!

Despite the positive service, my stay was riddled with issues. The noise from the hallway was extremely distracting. I could hear conversations as if they were in my room. Additionally, there was no information provided in the room about services and food options, making it frustrating to find out restaurant hours. To top it off, I noticed mold in the shower, leaving a bad impression and concern about cleanliness.

Is it hype or the real deal?

Clean and spacious with a cheerful staff. Delicious fresh food available on site made my visit enjoyable. The in-room jacuzzi tub was a fantastic treat!

The breakfast was pricey and barely warm, making it feel less worthwhile. Also, noise disturbances from children nearby were quite bothersome at night.

Outstanding customer service makes guests feel valued.

I was frustrated by the lack of communication regarding amenities and services. It was nearly impossible to find out the restaurant hours or what was on the menu after I checked in. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was unbearable at times, and I couldn't help but feel self-conscious about how easily others could hear me inside my room.

The room was clean and modern, but I had issues with the Sleep Number bed as it was rock hard, and the controls weren't functional. Breakfast quality needs improvement. some items were cold or stale. However, the staff was accommodating and responsive to my concerns. Great for a brief stay if you're not reliant on breakfast.

The breakfast, however, was disappointing. the omelet was small, barely warm, and overpriced. Additionally, a mix-up at check-in initially placed me further from my preferences, but the staff appreciated my needs and accommodated quickly. Despite a few hiccups, the staff's attentive service and the hotel's clean, modern environment stood out.

Spacious and super comfy

I stayed just one night but felt at home. The corner suite was huge! Loved having two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The beds were super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond, even offering cookies and wine at check-in. Only downside was breakfast could’ve had more variety. Overall, solid spot!
