Rooms are big and clean, with stuff like a flat-screen TV, microwave, and private bathroom. Loved the balcony and the spacious seating area. Breakfast was good, lots of options. There's spa facilities too, with nice sun loungers. Staff is super friendly, and the location is perfect for Mt. Rushmore and Keystone activities.

Breakfast varied daily—delicious every time. the room felt tired. Furniture needs updating; the chair springs were broken. Our room faced vending machines, making it noisy, especially during the off-season. Limited dining options nearby necessitated a long drive for food. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, addressing minor issues swiftly. They suggested excellent local dining. For those visiting in off-peak season, be prepared for a quieter experience. A lovely stay, but renovations would elevate it significantly.

The room was cozy and clean, featuring a super comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. A large TV with a swivel function added entertainment, and the electric fireplace created a welcoming atmosphere. Despite the tight space with two beds, the A/C worked well in the heat, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Noise levels were excellent; we didn’t hear neighbors at all. the bathroom felt cramped, and the sink drained slowly. The balcony offered beautiful views, especially at night, which enhanced our stay. Friendly staff made the experience even better.

I stayed two nights and the second room was a letdown. The bed felt old and saggy, making it hard to sleep, and the noise from the nearby game room kept me up. Definitely not the experience I hoped for!

Parking was chaotic, leading to a tense moment with another guest. In contrast, the lovely lobby and cute patio offered a nice retreat. While the location was perfect for nearby attractions, maintenance issues, especially regarding cleanliness and odor, left me wanting more. Great potential, but definitely room for improvement.

Great location for adventure seekers

The Roosevelt Inn Mount Rushmore is perfectly situated near shops and activities like Zipline adventures. Our loft room offered extra space and a nice balcony, making it a great place to relax after hiking. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly enjoyable.

Despite some issues, like small bathrooms and pricing discrepancies, the staff was superb, location ideal, and breakfast delicious. The charm of the hotel, comfy bed, and balcony view made my experience memorable. Would recommend for a cultural getaway!
