The hotel's staff was very polite and helpful, making us feel welcomed and accommodated during our stay. The rooms were a good size, with the added convenience of a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast, priced reasonably, was above average and delicious. Additionally, the hotel's quiet atmosphere was a plus for us.

The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the hotel had a complimentary wine in the lobby which was a nice touch. the location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants.

There were a couple of amenities that were lacking. the spa tub in the pool area didn't work during my stay, even though I reported it.

During our stay in the area for a number of years, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, just off of the highway, and has plenty of free parking. We were interested in visiting some local restaurants and found that there were plenty of options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with nice accessories and a comfy bed. The bathroom had a shower and a separate jetted tub, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast options were tasty and the fitness center had enough equipment to keep us satisfied.

Some reviews have mentioned issues with maintenance or dirty chairs, but we didn't experience any of these problems during our stay.

Had an amazing xmas getaway! Loved the complementary champagne and cookies in the lobby, what a festive touch! the hotel is located in a prime area with an array of shopping and dining options within walking distance. the room was cozy, clean and offered a majestic view of the city skyline. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels and pillows upon request.

The noisy air conditioning unit, which made it difficult to sleep at night. despite the minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book here again for our next holiday escape!

I loved the fact that it had a jacuzzi, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. this hotel provided great value for the price and had all the basic amenities I needed, including breakfast for a small fee.
