I was impressed by the level of service, from the quick responses to my messages to the attentive restaurant staff during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the buffet had a fantastic selection of delicious food, and the restaurant manager made sure I felt welcome and not rushed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the quiet air ventilation system, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

air conditioning issue

The hotel is perfectly located in the main square, making it convenient to explore the town without having to walk too far. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, ensuring a wide variety of dining options. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfy beds and all the necessary amenities such as toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes to start the day off right.

Some noise interference from the city center can be heard in the rooms.

The hotel provided everything we needed during our Easter stay. the room was spacious, with a safe, iron, ironing board, and even a lavender dropper for a good night's sleep. the beds were comfortable and the walk, in shower was amazing, with hot water and great water pressure. the location was key, right in the heart of town. Additionally, the bar and restaurant were excellent.

There were a couple of minor issues. the room lacked a tea, making facility, which was a disappointment for non, coffee drinkers like us.

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Brugge. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with an additional camp bed for our teens. The location was perfect, overlooking a picturesque square and just a block back from the touristy center, making it quiet at night. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with good storage. The small swimming pool on the top floor was a bonus. a great experience.
