great location with comfy vibes

Super clean and well-maintained place! The staff was mostly friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. Location is perfect, right near a mall. Had a little trouble with my reservation and a not-so-great reception from one staff member, but everything else was chill, and the pool area felt safe. Plus, my room was nice and spacious!

The hotel's strategic location near Dolphin Mall and Dadeland Mall made shopping and exploring Miami incredibly convenient.

One minor issue during my stay was the experience with the taxi service arranged by the hotel. The driver charged a significantly higher fare for a short journey to the airport, leading to some disappointment.

The hotel had plenty of parking available and check, in was straightforward. the room was spacious and had comfortable bed linen and pillows. the bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. the hotel and room were cleaned to a high standard. There was an on, site restaurant and a mini, store in the lobby, which was very helpful.

The restaurant service was extremely disappointing. the server took forever to take our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was a letdown.
