Wonderful staff who were friendly, professional, and attentive. The location was perfect, situated on a bustling street but once inside, it was peaceful and serene. The hotel premises were beautifully designed with tastefully decorated rooms and common areas.

The shower head was dirty and covered in limescale. The rooms lacked sufficient ventilation and sunlight, making it difficult to dry wet items.

Being just a few minutes away from these places, I found it incredibly convenient. The staff here are simply amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. They are welcoming, helpful, and kind, which really made a difference. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and a beautiful garden area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Komaneka in Ubud for a business trip and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was at home. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The attention to detail was impressive, from the scented towels upon arrival to the woven basket bag provided for shopping. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center of town. the service and quality of this hotel made it one of the best I've ever stayed in.

The spotlessly clean and comfortable room, along with the great location close to the Monkey Forest and Ubud Market, makes this hotel a perfect choice.
