The staff at this hotel were phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, they provided exceptional customer service. They were always polite, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The courtesy shuttle was a huge plus, especially when the weather was bad. It made it so much easier for us to get to and from the tram station. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great - within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast lacked variety and the options were limited. It would have been nice to have more choices.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and very close to the convention center. It was also easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The transportation was convenient, with the hotel providing a helpful shuttle to the "Government Plaza" stop on the Blue line.

Great staff that made us feel very welcome. the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. We also loved the convenient valet parking and the fact that the hotel was located close to bars, giving us plenty of options for entertainment.

The bed in our room was too hard for our liking and the thermostat wasn't working properly. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side and there was no self-parking option, forcing us to pay for valet parking.

The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the church and the mall of America. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We were delighted that our room was ready when we arrived early, and our special requests were honored without any problem. the hotel's clean and dry common areas, despite the cold and snowy weather, created a comfortable atmosphere. the room itself was nice and very clean.

The only downside was one of the restaurant staff members who was not as welcoming as the rest of the staff. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in an ideal spot in downtown, surrounded by plenty of shops and commercial services. Also, if you are attending an event at the nearby convention center, this place is perfect for you as it is just across the street. I was really impressed with the staff's service, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers. Finally, the room amenities were a great touch, and I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, carpeted floor, and flat-screen TV.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden in Minneapolis was fantastic! The location was perfect, with a stunning cityscape view and just a short walk to the U.S. Bank Stadium. The hotel also impressed us with their progressive management concept, as we witnessed their team-building exercises firsthand. Stayed at Hilton Garden for a Vikings game getaway with friends. Great location, friendly staff, excellent service, and comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. Property clean and contemporary. Good value for downtown. Pool and restaurant available.
