The hotel is extremely convenient and the location was only 7 minutes from the church where we held our conference, making it easy to access the local attractions in the area. The basic amenities in the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was pleasant, available, and professional. Additionally, the breakfast had a lot of choice and was good value for money.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and cozy. the bathrooms were always clean and the location was convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the eggs and sausage, and the fact that there was a kitchen where we could order food if needed.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the flooring around the pool was extremely slippery when wet, which was a safety concern for us and our grandchildren.

The hotel had all the typical amenities I would expect, including a pool and spa with hydraulic chair lifts for wheelchair accessibility. the breakfast, although not complimentary, was super deluxe with made, to, order options. the staff was also quite helpful in resolving a mix, up with my reservation, demonstrating speed and courtesy.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the hotel could use a little update in terms of furnishings and the bathrooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The housekeepers did an excellent job with the rooms, ensuring they were clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds were well kept and everything from the foyer to the exercise room was immaculate. The bed and pillows provided a restful night's sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Additionally, having a microwave, fridge, and Keurig in the room was a convenient bonus.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the small pool area and the closed bar and restaurant on the weekend, these didn't significantly impact my overall experience. The breakfast selection was good, although I missed the made-to-order omelets as advertised.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the pool being too cold and the hot tub having a strong chlorine smell, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Hilton Garden.
