The Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center offered a delightful stay. The spacious room, equipped with a seating area, felt like a welcoming retreat amidst the city bustle. The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration, with the French Quarter and the Riverwalk within walking distance.

The hotel did not provide prior notice of the ongoing major construction, which slightly disrupted the stay.

The rooftop swimming pool offered breathtaking views of the city. I felt like I was in a movie, soaking in the skyline while relaxing in the pool. It was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the nearby French Quarter and Bourbon Street.

Me and my friends had a blast staying at this hotel during our trip to New Orleans. We explored the area, went golfing and took segway tours - so much fun! Plus, it was super convenient being just a 6-minute walk from the cruise terminal.

The only thing missing was a cool rooftop bar for young people to hang out at night.

I chose this hotel for a business convention due to the full-service amenities and its convenient location near Canal Street. The complimentary wired internet access and 24-hour business center were very useful for my work. The event facilities were spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to conduct meetings and presentations.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of on-site meeting rooms. This would have made it more convenient for conducting impromptu meetings and discussions with colleagues.

The hotel is conveniently located just a block away from the convention center. I could easily walk to the amazing interactive WWII museum and the cruise line terminal. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for places to visit in this city.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location was perfect for my business at the Convention Center and I was able to easily walk to the nearby WWII museum and French Quarter. The staff, especially Marissa the bartender, was incredibly friendly and professional. The room, although small, had a nice view and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the convenience of having coffee, tea, and cookies in the room, as well as the thick towels provided.

One downside was the parking situation. I wasn't comfortable leaving my keys with the valet drivers, especially after a past negative experience.

This hotel has a great location near the port and Convention Center. Additionally, there is a small "library" in the lobby that can make for a great spot to relax. The downtown area is also nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is well-equipped with complimentary soaps and conditioners.

The hotel could do better with their environmental sustainability practices, particularly with their use of plastic and polystyrene at breakfast.
