The hotel is conveniently located just a block away from the convention center. I could easily walk to the amazing interactive WWII museum and the cruise line terminal. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for places to visit in this city.

The location was perfect for my business at the Convention Center and I was able to easily walk to the nearby WWII museum and French Quarter. The staff, especially Marissa the bartender, was incredibly friendly and professional. The room, although small, had a nice view and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the convenience of having coffee, tea, and cookies in the room, as well as the thick towels provided.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to streetcars and close proximity to fun places in New Orleans. There were also good dining options nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

One downside was the parking situation. I wasn't comfortable leaving my keys with the valet drivers, especially after a past negative experience.

This hotel has a great location near the port and Convention Center. Additionally, there is a small "library" in the lobby that can make for a great spot to relax. The downtown area is also nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is well-equipped with complimentary soaps and conditioners.

The hotel could do better with their environmental sustainability practices, particularly with their use of plastic and polystyrene at breakfast.

Nice view from the room and convenient location near attractions. The room was clean and tidy. The staff member, Glen, was very kind and helpful in answering my billing question.

There was a random charge on my credit card that was not explained. The cleaning staff did a poor job and barely cleaned the room. The pool was dirty and the pool lights were turned on too late. The pictures on the website were misleading and the room was smaller than expected.

At check-in, my room was not ready but the front desk quickly sorted it out and gave me a room that exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and had impressive amenities. Overall I recommend staying here.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, being close to the convention center and surrounded by great tourist attractions. The room service was impeccable and the staff was attentive to all our needs. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and all the room amenities provided, including tea and coffee facilities and a sitting area.

The breakfast at Hilton Garden was fantastic. The food was hot, fresh, and had a great variety to choose from. The coffee was excellent as well. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our day with such a delicious meal. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to the street cars and within walking distance to a WWII museum. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was located very near the convention center. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with clean and comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was a great bonus.

There was one minor issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as I found a few dry hairs in my bath tub. However, apart from that, all was ok during my stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was close to everything - Bourbon Street, the WWII museum, and just a block away from the convention center. I loved being able to walk everywhere and explore this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a convention and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, the front desk service was fast and efficient, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite an activity happening across the street, the room was so well soundproofed that we could barely hear the music. The staff, from the front door to the wait staff and cooks, were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was outstanding, with perfectly made omelettes and a great selection of other items on the buffet. The location was perfect for attending the convention. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful stay!
