The value for money at this charming, historic hotel was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful grounds and the convenience of a shuttle to downtown and the track. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Ron, Pete, and the attentive dining room staff. we loved our stay and felt right at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety and options.

The parking was convenient and the location of the hotel was great. the comfortable mattress helped in getting a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's beautiful green grass, flowers, and rocking chairs outside added to the pleasant ambiance.

I would not recommend staying here. the staff at the reception was unfriendly and did not provide any information about the amenities or check-out process.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. the location was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. I also appreciated the included bike rentals, which allowed me to explore the area easily.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the front desk person was not very helpful or friendly.

We loved the hotel's location in the beautiful park, surrounded by abundant walking and biking trails. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely spa, swimming pool, and tennis court. Complimentary shuttle lifts to downtown and the race track made it easy for us to explore the Saratoga Springs area.

This hotel is located in the beautiful State Park, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The staff were very nice and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, although not as upgraded as shown in the pictures, were cozy and comfortable, with twin fireplaces and nice views. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great perk.
