Discovering Attractions Just Steps Away from the Hotel!

During my stay, I loved how everything was within easy walking distance, with the Doc Holliday Museum, Glenwood Canyon, and Yampah Spa and Vapor Caves all less than a kilometer away, making it easy to enjoy the sights and flavors of Glenwood Springs; not to mention the friendly staff and comfortable rooms that made my stay enjoyable. However, the hotel could improve the breakfast experience as cleanliness was an issue.

The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was clean with a comfy bed like a giant marshmallow. We had a great location, walking to the amusement park and hot springs was easy. Loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a nice touch. Plus, no extra charge for parking!

Stayed for a weekend getaway, right next to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glenwood Springs Pool, so no need to hunt for parking. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with Colorado, style green chili for huevos rancheros. Spacious room with a comfy bed and effective climate control made for a cozy stay.

Overbooked upon check, in, room preferences not met. Staff a bit condescending and key card needed constant re, coding.

Cleanliness was adequate, but some attention is needed. Location is ideal; easily walk to hot springs and local shops. Staff was hit or miss, with some helpful but others less accommodating. We encountered issues with towel service and room key access. Parking can be tight, especially for larger vehicles. The ambiance was marred by thin walls and occasional unpleasant odors. In summary, promising amenities and location, but service inconsistencies and maintenance issues detracted from the experience. Potential to improve significantly with attention to guest needs.

Breakfast was impressive with lots of options. The room had odd noises at night and the highway was loud.

The self-serve breakfast situation was a nightmare. Kids were all over the food, touching everything with their hands, which made it impossible to eat. It felt totally unsanitary, and I left feeling disappointed and hungry every morning.

Enjoyed a scenic hike at Hanging Lake Park. Free WiFi kept me sane. Managed to explore Glenwood Springs area. The Manager's Reception was a social blast!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The room temperature control was decent, but the air conditioner felt just okay. Showering was a bit concerning; the floor was slick and lacked grab bars, making it less safe. Noise from adjacent areas was disruptive, especially being near the ice maker. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. Parking was a nice perk, and the breakfast spread was substantial and satisfying. There were some minor challenges with staff and key card issues, but the overall amenities made for an enjoyable stay.
