oh where do I begin? my room had old, smelly food in the fridge, yuck! on top of that, a 8:30 a.m. wake up knock from housekeeping, really? I was expecting maybe a complimentary upgrade or some kind of welcome gift, but clearly, I'm just another regular guest here. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The complimentary breakfast featured a build-your-own omelet station, which added a nice personal touch to our mornings.

The walls were quite thin, allowing for noise from other rooms and the hallway to disturb our sleep.

A perfect stay near the bustling market area! My room was clean, with staff members always jumping in to help, making my experience genuinely pleasant. The location is ideal, just steps away from bars and restaurants. While I didn’t try breakfast, everything else surpassed expectations. Just a heads up about parking fees, though!

The fitness center had good equipment, though some machines needed maintenance. We enjoyed a comfortable night, followed by a late checkout. Parking was available in an attached garage, making access easy.

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel is conveniently located near various dining options and the CHI Health Center, making it perfect for event-goers. While the staff was generally friendly, a few minor maintenance issues like the firm bed and slow-draining sink detracted from the overall experience.

I took my wife and son there for a little getaway. The staff was exceptional, I mean, they really went outta their way for us. We found a bag in our room with candy, popcorn, and breakfast tickets, and it felt like we were welcomed into a family rather than just guests. Plus, that breakfast buffet? Even our son, who usually eats like a bird, couldn't get enough of it.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but I've paid way more for way less.
