There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic! the front desk, valet, and manager were all very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautiful. It was conveniently located in the heart of everything, within easy walking distance to all the historic district, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed being able to explore the city on foot.

The forced cost of on-site parking was a major downside. the hotel only offered valet parking at a ridiculous charge of $32.00 per day.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was centrally located in the historic district which made it easy to explore all the interesting places on foot. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities one could ask for including a mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a bathtub. The staff at the bell desk and reception were always on hand to provide assistance and were very courteous throughout our stay.

In-room coffee maker was great. Loved the location right by the City Market. Appreciated the free water bottles. Valet Tiffany was so sweet. We also liked the safety deposit boxes. Overall I recommend Hilton Garden for a stay in Savannah.

The hotel's location in the center of the historical area made it incredibly convenient to walk to all the activities and the last stop for all trolley tours. Additionally, being on the street parallel to the river provided picturesque views and added to the charm of the stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a modern bathroom and very comfortable beds, ensured the comfort of guests. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the rate, saving me both time and money.

The location of the property is excellent with easy access to the riverfront and square. It was convenient to enjoy drinks and walk back to the hotel without needing additional transportation.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing a white noise machine and ear plugs to combat any external noise. My room was modern and stylish with a view of City Market, and the sound machine helped me sleep soundly. The location was perfect for exploring, as I could walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Savannah for a few nights. The facilities were impeccable, and the staff, especially Mr. Davis at valet parking, were friendly and engaging. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room was spotless with a breathtaking balcony view. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I had a heavenly sleep. I will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

Great stay to welcome New Year! Two glasses of complementary champagne, local bars, and restaurants just around the corner. walking distance to the city's main attraction points. the outdoor pool area was well kept and a great spot to relax.

The street noise, although only faint, could still be heard during some hours of the night.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a prime area of the historic district. It was absolutely close to everything we wanted to see and convenient to great food venues. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great recommendations and service. We especially enjoyed the view of the river from our room. Being within walking distance of everything we wanted to do was a huge advantage, allowing us to fully explore the unique charm of the area.

The breakfast selection was not up to par with the price.
