Parking can be a nightmare during busy times!!! Please fix those card access issues. walking around the building is such an inconvenience!!! And don't get me started on the inconsistent housekeeping—it's annoying to clean up after them!!!

my stay at hilton garden was awesome! the room was super clean, with great air conditioning and solid water pressure in the shower. it definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my previous experiences in wesley chapel, especially with the convenient amenities available on-site during this weekend trip.

no shower gel provided in the bathroom.

The rooms are impressively clean and spacious, featuring excellent air conditioning and solid water pressure in the showers, which really made the stay enjoyable. Plus, having a microwave and fridge on hand was a nice touch for late-night snacks and drinks.

However, there were some notable issues that took away from the experience. The sliding bathroom door in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds lacked the necessary privacy, which was a letdown for a family stay. To top it off, there was an oversight on basic amenities—no shower gel was provided, and with a party of four, we received only three towels. Noise levels from the hallway and outside traffic may disrupt your sleep, particularly for light sleepers. Overall, these aspects need addressing for a smoother experience.

this hotel is pretty cool! the rooms are spacious and comfy, like we had 2 beds and a sofa bed which was sick. the restaurant had fresh delish food and the staff was super nice. loved grabbin snacks from their big selection too. great location near the interstate with lots of places to eat around!

but like, my only complaint is the showed a little dirt in corners and the room service meals were just cheap takeout in styrofoam, which sucked for the price. also parking was a bit of a hassle, took forever to find a spot.

Staff were super welcoming and the bar lounge vibes were chill. Loved the snack bar options for late-night munchies. Definitely a plus for families with kids.

Could've used more towels for a family, and the noise from the hallway was a bit much sometimes.

Clean room, accommodating staff, the hamburger at the bar was amazing, and the bartender made a great Old Fashion, making for a pleasant stay to explore nearby attractions.
