Great staff and convenient location

The location is spot on, super safe, and parking’s a breeze, especially with some spots on the street. The staff were friendly and quick to help out whenever I needed. Coffee in the lobby is a sweet perk too! Just wish the A/C didn't make so much noise during the night.

the bar staff was unfriendly and barely responded to me. the hallways were not clean, and housekeeping often forgot to replace bathroom items.

During my transit in Tysons Corner, I appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle provided by the Hilton Garden Inn, which runs you directly to the Metro silver line at Greensboro Station. The hotel's location in the business district was also convenient for accessing nearby corporate offices during my short stay.

I found the air conditioning in the room to be quite inefficient, as it would only work for a minute and then turn off for an extended period, causing some discomfort during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The room was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. We loved the comfortable bed and choice of pillows. The staff was professional and enthusiastic, making us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we felt safe with the security measures in place. The parking was convenient and affordable. The location was great, with easy access to major roads and close proximity to the DC metro and other areas in the Washington area. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The staff at breakfast were outstanding. The location is excellent, very close to Tysons Mall and Tysons Corner Shopping center. Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed. Amenities in room included microwave, small fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Free shuttle in limited hours. Helpful front desk staff.

Our stay in the Tysons location was perfect. The hotel was clean and quiet, with spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The pool and spa were great for the kids, and the lifeguard made it even safer. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating, going out of their way to fulfill our requests. The continental breakfast was outstanding, with made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and French toast.

Convenient underground parking with fast elevators. Friendly, clean lobby with refreshing atmosphere. Responsive, helpful staff with customer-oriented service. Room choice was excellent and pleased my request well. Quick response to pressing issues and needs.

We had a pleasant Easter experience thanks to two complimentary chocolates that we received upon arrival and the convenient location of the hotel close to shopping and restaurants. we appreciated the fact that the room had a small fridge, making it easier to store our snacks and drinks.
