The room was fantastic, with a super comfy bed, free WiFi, and a mini-fridge. I felt totally relaxed and at home as a solo traveler.

The bathrobes provided were a bit too big for my liking.

The walls were thick enough to provide a quiet and peaceful sleep, without hearing any noise from neighboring rooms. The front desk staff, particularly Ebony and Patrice, were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and cleaning staff were also attentive and pleasant.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as a slow check-out experience and the small laundry room, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my reservation was restored and my needs were met.

This place is located on a main road intersection, making it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and offered a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. My room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also great places to relax after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the live entertainment was a fun touch.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast - the best I've ever had at a hotel. The eggs and omelettes were cooked perfectly, and the fresh cut fruit was delicious. The coffee was exceptional as well. I can't wait to visit again.

As a young family, we loved the close proximity to the outlet stores and other attractions. The hotel offered state-of-the-art rooms and facilities, including LED lights in the bathroom mirror. The staff, especially Tina who checked us in, were professional and courteous.
