Spaciously designed lobby area enhances comfort.

My experience at Hilton Omaha was frustrating from the start. Parking was a nightmare, and I was shocked to find myself circling the garage for spots. After finally squeezing into a space, I faced a malfunctioning garage gate that made my departure impossible without multiple trips to the front desk. To top it off, the high parking fees left a sour taste considering the room rates. The check-in was convoluted, leading to an unnecessary delay, but what really irked me was the questionable cleanliness in certain areas, with some hallways exhibiting an unpleasant odor. This was not the experience I expected and made my stay more of a hassle than a retreat.

Spacious rooms with good arrangements for groups.

My experience at the Hilton Omaha was riddled with frustration. First, the check-in staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was promised a parking discount but was denied it without any explanation, while others around me received it. Additionally, I faced issues with the garage gate malfunctioning, which forced me to walk to the front desk multiple times just to get out. This consistent hassle really put a damper on my stay, especially when you consider the exorbitant parking fees that seem unjust after paying for the room. I had to double-check the invoices due to discrepancies in charges as well, which is something I shouldn't have to deal with during my stay.

The welcoming front desk staff made check-in quick, and the bar area was a lively spot. I enjoyed a fun family game night at the lobby bar. staff were attentive despite being busy.

However, the shower had water temperature issues, and the room felt stuffy even with the AC. Plus, parking was a hassle with high fees and limited spaces in the garage.

the hilton is a fantastic choice with its friendly staff and clean, updated rooms. it's conveniently located right across the street from the centurylink center, and the indoor pool is a great perk. i loved starting my day with a coffee from the onsite starbucks.

We had access to the executive lounge which was nice for the complimentary snacks and drinks throughout our stay. It was refreshing during a long convention event and made the experience less stressful.

Not cheap but still acceptable, given the perks like a nice breakfast and lounge access.

i gotta say, the bar area is super chill, and the staff i met, specially this girl alley, was really helpful and made the whole experience great. the location is perfect, just across from the concert venue so it was easy to get there. the renovations they did made everything look pretty nice and fresh too. even when it was crowded, the rooms were still quiet, so it was comfy to sleep in.

but on the downside, the parking is a joke and costs too much for what you get. The check-in took forever because they were super busy, and i felt like they could've handled that better.
