upon my arrival, the front desk lady was super rude, completely unprofessional, and I was really hoping for a complimentary upgrade but, alas, I guess that’s too much to ask. internet access was, at best, laughable, expecting one to pay for that in this day and age is outrageous. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with free airport shuttle service and a delightful coffee shop on-site to help kickstart your day.

Ideal choice for a brief pit stop in Burlingame with good value for price. The staff were super helpful and always had smiles, which made a difference. Make sure to check out the gym. it's a nice way to unwind after a day of travel.

This place is a proper gem, real tidy and the views of the water are lovely. Breakfast was top-notch, but the parking fees are a bit of a rip-off. Still, would definitely pop back for a cheeky stay!

The indoor pool area was closed during my stay.

absolutely dismal stay. the front desk staff was shockingly rude when I arrived, and for the price, I expected my room cleaned on day two—shocking that it wasn’t. it would have been nice to receive complimentary breakfast instead of paying for overpriced avocado toast. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

this hotel is super close to the airport and has an amazin view of the bay. the rooms were nice and comfy. They had a fridge which is perfect for snacks. the staff were friendly and helpful, really made me feel welcome. also loved the chilling at the bar area after a long flight, great vibe. overall, it’s a good choice for plane spotters!

but the breakfast was way overpriced and the wifi charges are just ridiculous. my room took forever to get hot water.

We had a spacious suite that was perfect for our large family, and the boys enjoyed the indoor pool. The lobby was bright and impressive, making a great first impression. Plus, the shuttle service to the airport was super convenient for our early flight.

My wife says that breakfast options could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly! It has a great bar/lounge area, 24-hour reception, and free airport shuttle. The staff once helped me find tasty food, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for a new year!

the waterfront views are stunning and really make the atmosphere nice. my bathroom had a glass sliding door that didn’t seal well at all.

The views of the bay were stunning during our stay, and the kids loved the spacious suite that fit our family perfectly. I appreciated how friendly the staff were and the convenient shuttle service made our trips to the airport hassle-free.

The staff were legends! Marcella at the front desk helped with shuttle arrangements. Also, the food in the lobby restaurant was maaaad fresh—had a Cobb salad that hit just right after a crazy long flight.

Only thing was the shower pressure, felt like a weak glass of water when I needed a solid rinse after a long journey.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers a free airport shuttle, a great bar and lounge area, 24-hour security, and a fitness center. I still remember how the staff helped me with directions on my first visit. Definitely recommend dining at the restaurant. the Ahi tuna salad was fantastic. I'm coming back for a city break!
