I recently stayed at Hilton in Woodland Hills for a weekend getaway. The staff at this hotel really made the experience special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room itself was spotless and the furniture was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, and the hotel had a stylish vibe, with a fashion show playing in the lobby and fashionable artwork throughout. The breakfast options were great and the staff in the dining room, especially Kahari, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. The highlight was definitely the amazing shower and the luxurious mattress and pillows. our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room service was prompt and delicious. The room itself was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed including an ironing facility, tea and coffee facilities, and a minibar. We also appreciated the comfortable sitting area and the flat-screen TV. we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to families visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. From the bellboys to the receptionists, everyone greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself had a modern and solid architecture, which added to its charm. The location was perfect as well, being close to the Woodland Hills commercial center and in a very nice area. We were also pleased to find that there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed readily available. Lastly, the view from our room was absolutely stunning, allowing us to appreciate the beauty of this city we love.

The room had thin walls, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be heard clearly. Construction outside the hotel caused disturbance early in the morning. Additionally, the concierge lounge was disappointing with limited offerings and lack of cleanliness. The hotel did not provide any perks or benefits for being a loyalty member.

We spent our Thanksgiving vacation at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and helpful, offering us free breakfast and appetizers, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was situated in a prime location, close to various attractions and the transport system, making it convenient for us to explore the city. Another bonus was the fantastic view of the surroundings and the city, which was a delight.

Despite the luxurious amenities and striking location, the hotel's bathroom facilities were disappointing. The tiles, grout, and woodwork needed some attention. Furthermore, the air conditioner was quite loud, which disrupted our sleep. Nevertheless, these aspects were minor, and overall we had a wonderful stay.

Well-managed property, spacious and comfortable room, excellent location, friendly staff, luxurious amenities, great for business travelers, delicious breakfast.
