Amazing staff and breakfast! Rooms need more attention to cleanliness.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Carlsbad for a weekend getaway with my family. From the moment we arrived, the customer service provided by Luke at the Front Desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, always greeting us with a friendly smile. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, making us feel safe and comfortable. our experience at Holiday Inn was amazing and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent staff, professional and accommodating. Great customer service at the Front Desk. Super friendly Luke. Convenient location, quiet in the evenings. Bar and restaurant on-site. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping and the beach.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had an amazing time. The staff, especially Richard at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service. The room was clean and we loved the sleep care package. Alma, who took care of our trash, was extremely polite and kind. we had a great experience.

There were a few small drawbacks during our stay. The breakfast service was not up to par, with not enough staff and multiple issues with the food.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in an office park with limited local attractions, however, the hotel had many onsite amenities and activities to keep me occupied. The courtyard was especially nice to relax in. My room was clean and featured a lovely view of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.

The room had a faint odor when I first entered, but it dissipated quickly.

I loved the wheelchair accessible room, but the lighting was a bit dim for doing makeup. Also, the ice room on the second floor is a bit small for turning around in a wheelchair. However, the pool was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Carlsbad for a business trip and there were a few positive aspects that I liked about my experience. the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was centrally located to the events and locations I needed to access. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing all the basic needs that I required.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the service at the restaurant was quite slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a basketball court, putting green, and even options to rent bikes. We especially enjoyed spending time in the courtyard, which was a welcome activity. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was near everything we wanted to explore. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with options like the outstanding Huevos Rancheros and perfectly cooked salmon with homemade lemon sauce. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The front desk staff was welcoming and knew our names. The mini-fridge was helpful. Good location and a nice lobby with a store and restaurant.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic, being near the airport, many restaurants, and stores, which made it very convenient for us. Secondly, the staff at this hotel was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they provided the best customer service we could have asked for. We were particularly impressed with Judy at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with attention to detail and all the basic amenities we needed. We even had a room with a nice view, which added to our overall experience.

Everything here was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

This hotel is great value for money and has some amazing features. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, including a lovely view over the Carlsbad area. The staff is helpful and courteous, and the breakfast is a great way to start your day.

Although the hotel is generally good, there is still room for improvement in certain areas.
