I enjoyed the spacious layout of the Standard Room with Two Queen Beds. The property is conveniently located close to downtown Charleston. Our lunch was satisfactory, with well-crafted drinks. The gym was well-equipped, though one bike had connectivity issues. This experience makes me consider returning.

Oh, the homemade ice cream was a delightful treat, and finding tasty local seafood spots recommended by the staff made my culinary adventure a blast! Plus, the beautiful pool area was a stunning retreat after a long day.

I wish the standard rooms had a microwave—nothing like a toddler with a snack emergency! Still, the overall experience sparkled despite that small hiccup.

I relaxed by the pool with a drink in hand, enjoying the laidback vibe. The staff made the stay memorable, especially a helpful bartender who knew how to make everyone feel welcome. The location allowed easy access to local attractions, making my exploration of the area straightforward. I also enjoyed live music on Saturday night, which added to the experience. Visiting from Italy, this trip offered a refreshing perspective on Americana.

Housekeeping consistently fell short, with reports of rooms not being serviced for days despite requests, which isn't what you'd expect from a place like this. There were also mentions of noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and the pool area, making it a challenge to fully relax. Additionally, the limited availability of laundry facilities with only one set of washer and dryer didn't quite cut it during busy periods.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was fantastic! Everything from the beautifully updated decor to the helpful staff made us feel at home. The pool area was beautiful, lined with palm trees, and we enjoyed live music on Saturday night that created a great atmosphere.

Inconsistent housekeeping services need addressing!!! The lobby floor was often wet, creating an unpleasant experience. A single washer and dryer felt insufficient for demand. Parking hassles during busy times could use improvement!!!
