For the money, Hotel Indigo in Charleston was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff treated us like we were at a luxury resort, and our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the base of the bridge and close to everything in the area. It was easy to get to from anywhere in the city. the staff was excellent and really took care of their guests, making sure everything was right. I also loved the pool area, it was awesome and a great place to relax.

One downside was the slow service at the front desk during check-in. There were long lines and not enough staff to assist the guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the convenient location in a safe suburban area. You can even park for free in the hotel's parking lot, which is a huge perk. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch. The beds are super comfortable and the housekeeping team leaves a nice note with three towels for you. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.
