My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I was impressed with their willingness to provide a quiet room for me to take an exam. The mobile key option was a convenient feature, although it did deactivate my physical key to the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to popular attractions such as the High Line and The Shops at Hudson Yards. The room itself was spacious and had a great view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The restaurant on-site, Catria, served delicious food, especially the pan-seared salmon. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The fridge in the room only worked for two hours at a time, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Midtown West in New York for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. The fast elevator made it easy to get to my room quickly, and I was thrilled to discover that my room had a nice view. The beds were large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the restaurant on the premises impressed me with their excellent service. Although there was no menu in my room, the front desk quickly provided me with a QR code. However, when I requested a menu be brought to my room, a wonderful gentleman named Michael went above and beyond. He not only brought me a menu, but also included his personal cell number and offered to take my order via text. His outstanding customer service truly made me feel special.

They even offered a wake-up service to ensure I never missed a moment of my time exploring the city. The room itself was fantastic, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The location is great, just a short walk from the subway and close to shopping areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, with a delicious ala carte menu featuring unique options like blueberry pancakes and oatmeal made with oatmilk. a beautiful room, friendly staff, and convenient location made for a wonderful stay.
