The bathroom was cramped and not very clean—there were unsettling spots on the walls that looked like blood. The smell was horrible too! Honestly, I've never considered buying air freshener for a one-night stay before. Just really off-putting.

The room had a comfortable bed, which made sleeping easy. there was a significant gap around the door that let in cold air, and the door itself was not properly hung. The telephone didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient. The Kleenex and toilet tissue were rough and felt like newspaper. the shower was excellent, and the extra lighted mirror over the sink was a nice touch. The room was a decent value, but it needs improvements in basic amenities and noise control.

Perfectly Positioned Near Dining, Shopping, and Major Attractions!

Having just stayed here, I was super impressed with how everything I wanted to see or do was so close by, with Waffle House and Shoney's right next door, plus a bunch of great restaurants like IHOP and Bar-B-Cutie just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a bite before heading to the nearby SOAR Adventure Tower, just a 10-minute stroll away! The bed in my room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, although I do think the breakfast options could use some improvement.

Just a fine choice for a lightning stop in Franklin with good value for cost. The staff was very helpful.

The rooms were super comfy, making relaxation a breeze! The breakfast buffet was a delightful southern feast—I couldn't get enough of those biscuits and gravy. Plus, the friendly staff really made me feel at home!

The breakfast was awesome with great variety and attentive staff.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a delightful scent of fresh linens. Breakfast was a highlight—scrambled eggs, delicious pancakes, and an array of tasty options. The staff exuded southern charm and warmth. there were flaws. Soap dispensers were cumbersome, and there was a lack of basic toiletries when I needed them. Noise from the highway was noticeable, and I encountered issues with vending machines. There was a heavy deodorizer smell in the lobby that aggravated my asthma. Despite these setbacks, I'd consider returning, hoping for improvements.

Location was convenient, close to I65 and retail shops. Room smelled musty and the air conditioner was noisy all night.

The place is spotless and the staff is friendly. The breakfast hits the spot every morning, filling you up for the ride ahead.

The location was a gem, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants. the dismal Wi-Fi and lack of ice machines on our floor added some frustration. With the right attention to detail and cleanliness, this could be a great spot.

The location was lit, close to dope historical spots and rad shopping centers. We even chilled at the children's playground. Breakfast was fuego and kept us fueled up for a killer day. We'd def comeback for more fun times!

If only there was a sick game room or karaoke setup for us party animals, it would've been lit! .
