The location was lit, close to dope historical spots and rad shopping centers. We even chilled at the children's playground. Breakfast was fuego and kept us fueled up for a killer day. We'd def comeback for more fun times!

If only there was a sick game room or karaoke setup for us party animals, it would've been lit! .

Just stayed at a hotel on my baseball trip. Breakfast was exceptional, not like the small rooms. Staff was nice. LOVED the outdoor swimming pool! Would choose again! The pool is better than in photos!

On the downside, the room itself left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with a moldy and smelly bathroom, and dirty carpets. The lack of toiletries like shampoo and Kleenex was also disappointing, especially after a long day out in the heat. The broken sink cabinet that injured my niece was a major safety concern that was not properly addressed by the staff. The breakfast offered was decent, with a variety of hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage links. the inconsistency in service was frustrating, such as the front desk's refusal to honor a military discount as advertised on their website. The noise levels from other guests coming and going at all hours also made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Location was great for our Christmas event, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, with daily cleaning and eco-friendly soap dispensers. The playground area and the clean pool were also added benefits, making our stay enjoyable.

The room felt outdated, with a fridge that didn't work well and dirty carpets. Some guests experienced noise disturbances late at night, and management didn't seem to address the issue promptly.

The beds were super comfy and the shower, although the pressure was a bit of a letdown, was still piping hot. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a spread that included sausage patties, pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and gravy biscuits, and a variety of juices - definitely hit the spot before hitting the road again. The only hiccup was that some of the rooms available seemed to be on the less desirable side, but overall, it didn’t affect my solid 9/10 experience!

During my recent business trip to Franklin, our director chose Best Western for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and services offered. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing break after a long day of meetings, and the fitness center allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. The hotel’s guests were friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

The children's playground was a hit with our little ones, offering a safe and fun space for them to play while we relaxed. Beyond that, the friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, and the clean and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our family's needs.

My wife says that the pool area could use some additional shade for families with children, especially during the hottest hours of the day.
