Scenic, accommodating staff, beautiful rooms, convenient location, on-site amenities, great activities for children

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Loved the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, especially the tranquil lake and peaceful surroundings. Our villa was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time on the spacious balcony. The staff was attentive and helpful. a great stay!

We had a fantastic Christmas vacation at this resort! the location was perfect, with beautiful Lake Palestine just a short drive away. We loved being able to enjoy the water activities such as fishing and boating. the resort had so much to offer, including a water park and multiple swimming pools, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. Additionally, the resort's activity center was a great place to unwind and have some fun.

There were a few downsides to our stay. some areas of the resort were not as clean as we had expected, with broken glass in the bathroom and broken sliding glass door slats.

Great value for money! Rooms are cozy and the little table setup is perfect for couples. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. Also, the location is peaceful and away from busy tourist attractions. "It was our 30th Anniversary, and as we checked in, we happened to mention it to Linda, the lady who was helping us. The next day we went out to breakfast. When we arrived back at our room, there were balloons and a card waiting for us.

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Villages Resort at Lake Palestine offers beautiful views, multiple outdoor pools, and spacious and clean rooms. They have numerous activities such as mini golf, arts and crafts, playgrounds, and basketball courts. The resort also provides a schedule of activities during your stay. The food at the Grill restaurant is excellent.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the beach and close to various visitor attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-stocked with amenities like towels and utensils. The staff at the check-in office were pleasant and helpful. The resort had many activities for families, including pools, playgrounds, and mini-golf. There was also a marina for fishing and water activities.

The check-in process was a bit troublesome as the hotel was short-staffed.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got an awesome deal! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was spot on, with plenty of things to do right on the resort grounds. And the staff? They were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could've been better, to be honest. Just a little improvement there would've made a big difference.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The amenities, such as the water park and marina, were fantastic. Having boat storage was a huge plus for us, as we own a boat. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with 4 pools, fishing, playgrounds, and putt putt available. Our room, a 2 king villa, was spacious and had a full kitchen. The location was great, as it was right on the beach and close to visitor attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The value for my money was great, with spacious rooms and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with access to two heated outdoor pools and an indoor Waterpark within walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional, making my stay enjoyable.
