This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. Firstly, the value for money was fantastic. The prices here were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Thirdly, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near two fantastic restaurants, one of which was an Asian restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal. Additionally, the hotel was close to everything I needed in the city, making it very convenient for exploring.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Covington for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. The front desk clerk was helpful and explained everything about the incidental hold and breakfast coupons. I loved that the hotel had a bar and a restaurant, especially after coming from a wedding. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The property was well-maintained and had a home away from home atmosphere. The location was convenient and everything I needed was nearby. I also appreciated the easy access to New Orleans via the Causeway. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back in the future.

The front desk staff on both shifts were friendly and offered great recommendations about the area. The room design was comfortable and functional, with a large walk-in shower and oversized vanity in the bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient for fuel, food, and road access. Nothing, it was perfect.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. They even provided us with drink coupons for the bar, which was a nice treat. the location of the hotel was great, as it was easy to get to the Mandeville Half Marathon from there. Additionally, the soundproofing in the hotel was excellent, as we were able to sleep well without any noise from the hallways or other rooms.

One downside during our stay was the breakfast. the tables were not clean when we arrived, and the staff seemed unprepared and not attentive.

The property was beautiful and the facilities were updated and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. we had a really good time at the Holiday Inn.
