I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a college visit with my wife and daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beds were just right - not too firm, not too soft. The variety of pillow firmness was a nice touch. Breakfast selection was great too, with something for everyone.
