The hotel staff were professional and accommodating, granting us a late checkout at 3pm. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with superb pillows. We loved the convenient location near the MRT station and within walking distance of the Newton food center. The breakfast and ambiance were enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary parking for guests.

As a disabled guest, I was impressed with the excellent customer service and facilities at Sheraton Towers Singapore. The staff greeted and assisted us from the moment we arrived, providing a personal touch. I was pleasantly surprised to receive lounge access and a birthday cake in my room. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room service staff were generous with complimentary items. The pool, which we were able to book during check-in, was not overcrowded, and the hotel overall was clean and tidy. The pillow provided was exceptional. The staff, especially Mr. Murali, the duty manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing a speedy service recovery. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it a great choice for those visiting Singapore.

I stayed at a nice hotel on Scotts Road that was well worth the money. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Orchard Road. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

They made us feel at home during our stay. the location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the MRT station and a short walk to the shopping area. the hotel also had a nice environment with open space and a modern pool with a cabana serving drinks.

The infrastructure of the hotel was a bit old, causing some plumbing issues like banging pipes and uneven water pressure. the lounge food was mediocre, with oily and soggy Asian dishes and undercooked bread.

Well-maintained property: the hotel has clearly put effort into keeping the property in good condition. It looked clean and tidy, and the rooms were decent in size. Friendly staff: the staff at the hotel were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs.

Limited TV channels: During our stay, we were disappointed to find that the local and Malaysia TV channels were not available. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of channels to choose from for entertainment.

You can also easily access the MRT station and hop on a train to any location. The famous Li Bai restaurant is just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of other dining options in Orchard. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The service is commendable, with staff members going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

There were some unpleasant experiences at the restaurant in the lobby, where the service was quite terrible. The wait staff seemed impatient and impolite, lacking basic courtesy towards guests.
