Our stay here was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everything was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was hot, delicious, and bountiful, with eggs, cinnamon buns, bacon. Special thanks to Larry, the breakfast host, for tending to the buffet efficiently with quiet pride. Gail at the front desk went above and beyond by providing us with postage stamps for a birthday card. The location was easy to find, right off I-26, and the beds were firm but comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The inclusion of an easy chair with a footstool was greatly appreciated, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the floor in the room, indicating that the cleaning was not thorough.

The property, gym, laundry, ice, and vending facilities were all clean and tidy. Room had a good size and bathroom was clean with provided toiletries and full-size towels.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was clean and inviting. It was such a treat to swim in warm water during the winter season. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the location was also great, as it was conveniently located just off the freeway and a short drive away from the town.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the broken cabinet door in the room was a bit annoying, and it was frustrating that it wouldn't close properly.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Newberry for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. As someone with a bad back, this chair provided much-needed relief and allowed me to get a great night's sleep. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, something that is often hard to find in hotels. The location of our room was also conveniently accessible, making it easy to come and go. Lastly, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even assisting me in retrieving a forgotten sweater from my room. the rooms were awesome and the hotel was very clean.
